My family of four recently stayed here and we all agreed this was the best house we have ever vacationed in. From the serenity, to the cleanliness, to the spaciousness of the home and all the amenities the owners provide to renters - we could not have asked for a better home away. Dawn was very quick to get back to me with my questions and always very nice to deal with. There is so much to see and do just at the home; crabbing, fishing, kayaking and canoeing to name a few. If you have kids, the home is equipped with lots of toys and games and a room for everyone to find some peace, although, I found most of my peace on the wonderful dock. No problems sleeping since it is so incredibly peaceful where the house is located. The house is very close to many of your needs/wants. There is a Food Lion and a very nice Beer and Wine place about a mile away. There are also many great little restaurants within a mile too - not to mention Rita's Italian Ice and a great coffee/bagel shop. We only go to Assateague Island National Seashore beaches - which is about an easy breezy 15 minute drive and very little traffic. OC is about 10 minutes to Rte. 1 - best route is to take Rte. 90 from the house. So if you are looking to kick back and enjoy a slice of paradise - this is it!
